Bio
Joe has been with Cresa for over 20 years and exclusively focuses on occupier representation on both a local and national level for office and industrial portfolios. Some of Joe’s achievements include being elected to serve on Atlanta’s Executive Committee, Cresa’s Strategic Leadership Committee, a recipient of CoStar’s Individual Power Broker Award, and consistently one of Cresa's top-producing brokers. Joe specializes in portfolio management, site selection, and developing strategic real estate strategies, as well as negotiating leases, subleases, relocations, and space consolidations. He lives in Decatur with his wife Kate, daughters Avery & Ellis, and son Jude, along with two hound dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, live music (it’s good for the soul), and golf.
