Lucian Simich is an Advisor with Cresa’s Occupier Services brokerage team, specializing in tenant representation. He has experience advising clients on lease negotiations, portfolio strategy, and market expansion, helping them align real estate decisions with their business objectives. Before joining Cresa, Lucian was an Associate at Vestian, assisting in multi-market lease transactions and expansion planning. He holds a Finance Honors and Real Estate degree from DePaul University. Originally from Michigan, Lucian enjoys networking, motorsports, and staying active outside of work.
