Cresa provided project management services for the interior renovation and fit-out of Emerson's new global headquarters for their Power and Water Solutions business. The new space occupies approximately 142,043 square feet of Class A office space in the desirable Pittsburgh suburb of Cranberry Township, PA. The modernized facility boasts a software-centric design including a new Customer Experience Center showcasing Emerson's high-growth business for the power, renewables and water industries.
