Chip is a Principal in our New Jersey office with over 39 years of commercial real estate experience. A trusted broker, he specializes in strategic planning, negotiation, and market analysis. His client-focused approach ensures each strategy aligns with business goals and operational needs.
In 1993, he founded the office division of Strategic Alliance Partners LLC, emphasizing tenant advocacy. After its 2004 merger with Savills, Chip served as Senior Managing Director of the Rutherford office for 21 years.
He joined Cresa in 2025, advising Fortune 500 companies and local businesses across industries including healthcare, law firms and financial services.
Chip began his career in commercial mortgage and investment, securing financing for 15 New Jersey development projects on behalf of 10 major developers.
