Chris Masi joins Cresa as a Senior Vice President, based in our New Jersey office. Prior to Cresa, Chris was a Vice President at JLL, where he served as a strategic real estate partner to occupiers, advising them from visioning to the execution of complex real estate leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Chris takes a holistic approach to understanding his clients’ qualitative and quantitative business goals, creating value through proactive management of their real estate portfolio. His services include transaction management, workplace strategy, location and economic incentives advisory, financial consulting, and supply chain network optimization.
Chris' real estate advisory practice focuses on representing corporate clients. His experience includes tenant advocacy for commercial space users across a diverse array of industries and geographies
