Sean specializes in office and healthcare real estate tenant representation—serving medical, dental, and veterinary clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and nationwide. He advises on all leasing, sales, and ground-up development needs, helping providers make smart, strategic decisions at every stage. He proudly leads Cresa’s healthcare real estate practice group for the Pacific Northwest and represents a diverse range of clients, including independent providers, multi-location groups, and private equity-backed organizations.
