Collaboration Award
This winner was a portfolio sale that was a masterclass in collaboration between the Phoenix Account Team and Capital Strategies. What began as a co-pitch quickly evolved into a seamless, high-impact execution strategy that resulted in the successful disposition of 20 properties across 16 states. With a unified approach, the team crafted a national marketing plan, delivered a compelling offering memorandum, and conducted preemptive due diligence—all while keeping the client’s goals front and center. The result? Fourteen separate buyers, optimized proceeds, and a transaction value that not only aligned with the original Broker’s Opinion of Value (BOV) but also exceeded client expectations.
This deal didn't just meet the mark—it raised the bar, reinforcing Cresa’s reputation as a strategic, trusted advisor and showcasing the power of true cross-functional collaboration.
Congratulations to Gary Gregg, Eric Walker, Allison Castro, Cody Folts, Blake Lacher, George Mack, Jeff Smith, and Kensey Gawne.

Cresa Service Award
This year’s Cresa Service Award honors a leader whose dedication, integrity, and perseverance have made a lasting impact on our organization. For over a decade, he has helped shape the foundation of our Project Management platform—most notably through his role as co-chair of the PM Leadership Team, a position he held with unwavering commitment for many years. He has been instrumental in the PPM integration, has successfully co-led the Phoenix PM team, and has generously extended support to other offices in need of PM resources. His leadership has also been vital in onboarding and partnering with national PM leadership over the years. A current member of the Project Management Advisory Board and a true “do the right thing” kind of person, his contributions reflect the best of who we are at Cresa. It’s with deep appreciation that we recognize him for his service and impact.
Congratulations to Jason Wery.
William Goade First Citizen Award
As the highest honor we award at Cresa, this designation marks someone who has truly gone above and beyond for the company. It’s given each year to an individual who has dedicated their career to making a meaningful and lasting impact—serving on our councils and Board, generously giving their time, and helping move our organization forward.
This year’s recipient has been proudly representing Cresa since 2002. He served on the Board for six years, from 2012 to 2022, and before that, was a key voice on the SLC—spearheading the revamp of the Cresa Title Policy, amongst other projects. A Boston Market Leader for the past 10 years, he's not only a standout corporate account owner but also a consistent business generator across the company. Under his leadership, the Boston office has experienced substantial growth and been recognized multiple times as one of the Best Places to Work by the Boston Business Journal—a testament to the positive culture he's built. He’s also deeply committed to community service, supporting causes like the Greater Boston Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity. His leadership style is grounded in collaboration and respect, which has helped attract and retain some of the best talent in the business.
Congratulations to Adam Subber.
