Bio
Jerry has 35 years of experience in corporate project management and oversight beginning with 14 years as a senior project management for two global corporations, EDS and GM with responsibility for large scale ground up construction, tenant improvement, expansions and relocations requirements for major office, data center and production environments throughout the US and Asia Pacific regions. During the past 25 years Jerry has continued his career with three major US commercial real estate firm providing direct coordination and supervision of all client construction, fit-out and downstream vendor procurement and coordination services related to the project.
Responsibilities include interface with client’s real estate and business group management, coordination and tracking of all scheduled construction activities, mass furniture purchase and supervision of installations, AV, network equipment, structured cabling requirements, security requirements and relocation throughout the duration of long-term projects.
Jerry has managed over 400 complex projects requiring high level coordination of activities, risk assessments and has a proven record for fast-track on-time delivery of finished project and subsequent follow-up activities.
