Longtime Brokers Conklin, Masi Join Cresa's New Jersey Team
Cresa has strengthened its team in New Jersey and the region with the addition of Chip Conklin and Chris Masi.
According to the firm, which focuses on tenant representation, the longtime brokers join its ranks as a principal and senior vice president, respectively. Both are based in Cresa’s Rutherford office and will work with office clients throughout the Northeast corridor.
“As we continue to grow our business in the Northeast, we’re investing in talent and resources that enable us to better serve clients and capitalize on new opportunities across the region,” said Tony Juliano, managing principal for the Northeast region. “We’re thrilled to welcome Chip and Chris to Cresa. Not only are they outstanding producers, but their occupier focus and spirit of collaboration is culturally a perfect fit.”
Conklin joins Cresa from Savills, where he was a senior managing partner and advised Fortune 500 companies and local businesses, delivering custom real estate solutions to meet operational goals while maximizing flexibility, according to the firm. He’s also the onetime cofounder of Strategic Alliance Partners LLC, a firm known for its tenant advocacy that Savills would later acquire, after having started his career in commercial mortgage and debt.
Masi most recently was a vice president with JLL. He also worked at HFF as a director and started his real estate career at RFK, Cresa said, citing his work throughout the tristate area and on behalf of clients with real estate portfolios across the U.S.
